Balanced Life is a Personal Training & Boot Camp business run by me, Sara. I offer a range of services to cater for both group and 1-1 sessions, I also run a number of online sessions too.

Boot camp

group coached sessions

Access upto 5 different sessions a week, recorded incase you miss a session. You can either come along in person or join in live through Zoom**.  

Community support, recipes, healthy living ideas and monthly challenges.   

Each session is an hour long (excl Weds 12pm – 45 minutes) and will run in all weathers when outdoors.

All sessions available with a Zoom link to join from home (excl Weds Pilates & Thurs 6pm).
£8 per session  
£25 a month for 1 session per week
£40 a month Unlimited*-  for all sessions and on demand videos.
 *unlimited gives you access to all sessions –  Community support, recipes, healthy living ideas and monthly challenges.  
** excludes Pilates & Strength Sessions

Monday 7pm

Wednesday 7am & 12pm

Thursday 12.30pm Pilates (included when you sign up to the unlimited package)

Thursday 6pm Strength Session

Strength and balance

group classes

This class will help build strength and promote more flexibility in the body, enabling you to have a better sense of balance too.  A class suitable for people less able to stand for long periods.  Chair based exercises will help strengthen muscles, whilst there is some work done whilst standing, it can be adapted for anyone not able to stand at all.  4 payment options available

ONE TO ONE AND GROUP COACHED SESSIONS

There is a Beginner/Intermediate class running on a Thursday 12.30-1.30pm.  

Thursday class is £54 for 6 weeks

Or you can book your own 1-1 or small group session separately, contact for pricing.

Personal Training

one to one

1-1 sessions, can be in the gym outside or in your home.  

Each session will guide you through a 60 minute workout designed bespoke for you to enable you to reach your goals.
