Balanced Life is a Personal Training & Boot Camp business run by me, Sara. I offer a range of services to cater for both group and 1-1 sessions, I also run a number of on-line courses too.
With 1-1 sessions we can work out at your home, garden, local park or at my local gym, the choice is yours. I run a few classes listed below.
Boot Camps are generally outside and cater for all abilities. They are a great way of working out in a group, having fun and getting fitter at the same time. Each session is varied and will offer an all over body workout. See 'right' for times and days and go to the Services Page to Book Now!
With the 1-1 sessions, I will work with you to ensure you reach your goals, whether it be to build muscle, lose weight, tone up for a wedding or holiday, keep fit in pregnancy and lose the baby weight afterwards or training for your own specific goals.
The Strength & Balance class is designed for those people who have issues with their balance or limited ability. Mainly chair based exercises with some moving around a studio if suitable. Monday class available in Bury St Edmunds.
Exercise is not a one size fits all experience and my aim is to find the right workout and plan for you.
If you would like to work out with a couple of friends at a time convenient to you, I am happy to do small group sessions as well.
