Well it was until Storm Katie blew through at the weekend. The long awaited spring is upon us. The clocks have gone forward and the evenings are finally lighter. For some of us we are now able to go to work or school and come home again in daylight.
I have seen many people come through the gym and start an exercise program. Encouraged to do so due to ill health. Be it depression, stress, anxiety, blood pressure, weight loss (the list goes on), family encouragement.
