1-1 sessions, can be in the gym (when permitted), outside or in your home (when permitted). Each session will guide you through a 60 minute workout designed bespoke for you to enable you to reach your goals.

Strength & Balance Class
This class will help build strength and promote more flexibility in the body, enabling you to have a better sense of balance too. A class suitable for people less able to stand for long periods. Chair based exercises will help strengthen muscles, whilst there is some work done whilst standing, it can be adapted for anyone not able to stand at all. 4 payment options available
