Personal Training
1-1 sessions, can be in the gym (when permitted), outside or in your home (when permitted).  Each session will guide you through a 60 minute workout designed bespoke for you to enable you to reach your goals. 
6 Sessions -  £220
Individual Sessions  - £45
Strength & Balance Class 
This class will help build strength and promote more flexibility in the body, enabling you to have a better sense of balance too.  A class suitable for people less able to stand for long periods.  Chair based exercises will help strengthen muscles, whilst there is some work done whilst standing, it can be adapted for anyone not able to stand at all.  4 payment options available

Fit & Healthy for Life Program 
1-1 Coached sessions.
A 6 month course that will help you change your way of life forever.  You will learn the tools you need to live a healthy, happy, balanced life without resorting to the latest fad diets, spending a fortune or the latest new 'super' food.  This program, can be delivered on-line or face to face.  Please contact me for more information.
Group Training £45 (60 minutes)​
Sometimes it is nicer to work out with friends, I can do group training for small groups of up to 4 people
Boot Camp Sessions £40 per Month  
Access to 4 sessions a week, recorded incase you miss a session. Community support, recipes, healthy living ideas and monthly challenges.  All sessions are online currently and will resume 2 per week outdoors (when permitted) and 2 will stay online.  Each session is an hour long and will run in all weathers when outdoors.  Click the Buy Now button to sign up!
